Frances leaves to cherish her loving husband of 55 years Charles two sons Jeff (Tonya) Felton and Timothy Felton a brother Frank Mitchell 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was an employee of Syracuse University and enjoyed her position as a ticket usher.
