Frances Glueckert, 97, passed on April 25, 2017. Originally from New York, Fran lived in Charlotte for 34 years before relocating with her family to Seattle, WA. Family and friends cherish the memories of travelling, playing cards, family celebrations, and religious worship with her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe, and is survived by her children and their spouses: Julie and Mike Vallidis; John Glueckert and Frank Mason, Fran and Robbie Andrews; granddaughter Jennifer Vallidis; grandson Nick Vallidis, his wife, Amy, and her great granddaughter, Maia. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces who live all around the US. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 1:30 PM at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. The family will receive friends a half hour prior. In lieu of flowers Fran requested any who wished to make a donation to Holy Angels Foundation, Belmont, NC.
