Frances Sitterley

In loving memory of Frances (Punkin) Diane Sitterley, who left this earth on January 31, 2019. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her and love her!!! A Colorado native, Frances was born in Denver in 1951 and lived in the Denver/Westminster area for the majority of her life. She is best known by those that love her and that she loved as Punkin. She enjoyed bingo, fishing, sightseeing, and being homeless on the weekend (a.k.a. camping). Her down to earth wisdom will be greatly missed, as will her cheeky spirited humor and fluent Punkinese. Punkin adored spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren (pillow fights, food fights, watching kid shows, and passing on her fishing and cooking skills). She will be remembered most by everyone as the person with all the answers, for her delicious home-style cooking, and her overwhelming selflessness. She was always putting others before herself! Preceded in death by her father Roy and mother Betty Jane. Survived by her husband Gordon Sitterley, her two children Stephanie (Richard), and Ilene (Franco), her seven grandchildren Samantha, Nicole, Siobahn, Cody, Weston, Sergio, and Stefano, and two great-grandchildren Johnathan and Arturo (Basil).
