Frances Willoughby, 95, passed away on November 22, 2009 due to heart failure. She is survived by her devoted children Anne Konopka (Lawrence), and John Willoughby (Mary Ann Fay) and her three loving grandchildren Kristine Konopka, Laurie Konopka, and Zachary Willoughby. A memorial service will be held sometime in the spring. In the meantime, donations may be made to the Cedar Lane Unitarian Church at 9601 Cedar Lane, Bethesda, Maryland 20814.
