August 20th, 1930 - January 19th, 2019
It is with great sadness that the family of Francis Delean Bailey announces her passing January 19, 2019, at the age of 88, at her home. She was a homemaker and lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident. Dee will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. Dee is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Bailey; and daughter, Carol Bailey. A viewing will be held at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, Yuba City, CA, Monday, January 28, 2019, from 4-7 pm. Burial will be Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at Sutter Cemetery at 2 pm.
