Francis J. Conlin, 93, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Saturday, January 31, 2009. He was born in Barker, New York and moved to St. Petersburg in 1992 from Horseheads, New York. He was a Civil Engineer at the Department Of Defense for 29 years and was an Army veteran of WW II. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Celia C.; 2 daughters, Yvonne M. Norris of Horseheads, NY, Suzanne L. (Larry) Muzzy of Knoxville, Tennessee; 1 brother, Father Matthew Conlin of Albany, New York; 3 granddaughters, Andrea N. Norris, Alexandra N. Norris, Megan M. Muzzy and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be 11 A.M. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009 at at E.
