KIRK, Francis J. "Frank", 88, of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away April 13, 2018. He was born November 2, 1929. Frank was a retired Air Force Colonel. He was preceded in death by his son, Ronald Kirk. He is survived by his children, Denise, Bruce, Kevin, Chris, Lisa and Kelly; six grandchildren, Joshua, Sarah, Courtney, Cameron, Callie and Tyler; two great grandchildren, Sophia and Connor; extended family and friends.
