Francis Eve Low

Francis Eve Low, age 92, passed away peacefully October 29, 2020. She was born on December 27, 1927 in Sacramento, California to Henry and Miretta Mohr. She married Willam (Billy) Low on February 14, 1953 who preceded her death in 2017. Francis was a one of a kind person who never met a stranger. She would befriend the cashier at the grocery store, the server in the restaurant and anyone in need of a friend. She loved having visitors and would say "Sit and stay awhile." Visits with Francis consisted of long talks, a donut or pastry, a cup of coffee or ice tea, and a lot of laughter. She never complained and was the most positive person. She dedicated her life to raising her family and creating a home full of love and laughter. Francis is survived by her seven children and their spouses: Danny and Jeanne Low, Susan Bossen, Dianna and Terry Cox, Karen and Mark Holland, Doug and Linda Low, Ken Low, and Kim and Stu Nielson; her grandchildren: Daniel, Sean, Brian, Mellissa, Sheryl, Sherelle, Tyler, Eric, Brad, Rob, Jenni, Steven, Alyson, Bailey, and Carter, and her twenty great-grandchildren. She loved her family deeply and unconditionally.
