Biography Francis “Franke” Robinson Passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2012. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the love of her last fourteen years, William “Hoppy” Hopkins. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. As requested, there will no memorial service.
