Francis Lawrence Starrett
August 10th, 1958 - July 19th, 2017
On Wednesday July 19, 2017 Francis (Frank) Lawrence Starrett passed away at the age of 58 in Westminster, Colorado. Born August 10, 1958 to Fredrick and Joan Starrett in Orlando, Florida he is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years Pamela Starrett, three children Matthew, Kyle, and Sarah, his brothers Greg Starrett and Fred (Linda) Starrett, Father-in-law Ray (Judy) Smith, sister-in-law Terri (Dale) Simon, brother-in-law David (Sue) Smith. Frank was called into the Lord†™s kingdom where he was reunited with his twin sons Benjamin and Zachary, his parents, and mother-in-law Martha Smith. A celebration of Frank†™s life will be on Friday July 28, 2017 at Aspen Mortuary in Arvada, Colorado (6370 Union St. Arvada, Colorado 80004). The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund or the National Kidney Foundation in memory of Frank
