Frank Ballard, 82, passed away October 13, 2018. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 2:00PM Wednesday October 17, 2018 at Main Street United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Wesleyan Church Cemetery. Frank was the son of the late Jean Kirk and Ralph H. Ballard. Frank graduated from Kernersville High School in 1955. He retired from Roadway Trucking in 1998. Survivors include his daughter Rhonda Moffitt and Tommy of Randleman; son Mike Ballard and Debbie of Concord; grandchildren Brandy Medlin of Winston-Salem and Chris Medlin of Kernersville; brothers Roger Ballard and Ann of Colfax, and Ralph Ballard and Audrey of Archdale; and his devoted girlfriend, Ann Keye of Winston-Salem; and a host of extended family and friends. The family will visit with friends from 1:00PM until time for the service on Wednesday at the church.
