96, of St. Petersburg, FL died Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Bayfront Hospice. Born in Dorchester, MA, he served with the SeaBees in the South Pacific during WWII. During the war era, he was the drummer and band leader for the Hudson Brothers Big Band, which included his brother Joe on saxophone. In 1948, he married Mary Morreale of East Rochester, NY. He became the Senior Court Reporter for Monroe County Family Court in Rochester, and later retired to Cape Cod and St. Petersburg. He is survived by his wife Mary, sons Frank and Joseph, and grandson Michael. There will be a Visitation from 7:00-9:00p.m on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Anderson McQueen, 2201 Dr. MLK St. North, St. Petersburg, FL. A service will be held at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 10:30a.m. He will be interred in Pittsford, NY.
