Frank D. Nieto January 18, 1940 ~ April 11, 2013 Resident of Concord Frank was born to Frank D. Nieto, Sr. and Frances Mae Plambeck on Jan 18, 1940 in San Francisco, Ca. He graduated from Balboa High in 1957. He loved all sports and was part of an all city track team. He married Rosanne C. Smith and they recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Frank has two children, Lee and Amy (Baugh) and was grandfather to eight wonderful children. He leaves his sister Linda and many nieces and nephews. He had two working careers (one with the federal government and one as a realtor). His loves were: his church, country music, the SF Giants and 49'ers, reading, politics and travelling. A celebration of his life will take place 2 pm on April 27 at the Denkinger Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Concord. He will be interred in the Salt Lake City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please donate to: Cystic Fibrosis Research Inc.(CFRI), Mountain View, California.
