Ullrey Memorial Chapel
Frank Rehermann
February 7th, 1946 - February 16th, 2023
Frank Rehermann was born in Sutter County and lived in Live Oak, California, for nearly his entire life. The only significant time he spent away from the area occurred during the seven years he served in the U.S. Navy. He loved the Yuba/Sutter/Butte county region and was happy to return to his community after his military service. Frank farmed rice in Sutter and Butte Counties for 48 years. He was dedicated to the California Rice Industry and loved to spend his time off the farm in collaboration with industry friends and colleagues to advance its interests through multiple organizations in which he served. Frank leaves behind a family grateful for his never ending commitment; to care for; and generosity toward them: his wife of 57 years, Judy Rehermann; sons, Steve, and Clint; daughters-in-law; Tracy Rehermann, and Manpreet Bains; granddaughters, Isabella, Lillian, and Iris. Frank's sister, Julia Colson, is his surviving sibling from his original Lomo and Madras, Oregon family. If you would like to make a donation in his honor, please consider two local organizations in which Frank invested his time serving and supporting: the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau Fund for Agricultural Education and Live Oak Little League. The family is also grateful for any donations in his name made to other groups that benefit worthy causes and others in need. The mailing address for Yuba Sutter Farm Bureau is 475 North Palora Avenue, Suite A, Yuba City, CA 95991 and the address for Live Oak Little League is PO Box 65, Live Oak, CA 95953. A celebration of life event will be held at Peach Tree Golf and Country Club on March 25, 2023, at 12:30 PM.
