White, Frank R., 92, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday October 2, 2001 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Bayonne, New Jersey, he came here in 1947 from Los Angeles, California. He was an estimator for F.H.A for 60 years. He was a 1947 graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and was a former instructor for the Museum of Fine Arts. He was an Army Veteran of WWII and was Protestant. Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Anne D. White, 2 stepdaughters, Paula A. Carey and Elizabeth L. White, both of Worcester, Massachusetts, 2 sisters, Dorothy E. Aiello of Halendale Beach, Florida and Elizabeth M. Hennessey of Worcester, a brother, Thomas S.
