Fred Garcia
April 15th, 1940 - April 19th, 2015
Robert Fred Garcia was born in Alamosa, Colorado to Fred Sr. and Eraclia Garcia on April 15th 1940. He attended Alamosa High school, moving to Denver and then joining the Marine Corp. After the Marine Corp, he worked for Gates Rubber Co. and retired from there after 42 years of service, Fred also retired form the State of Colorado after working at Front Range Community College. Fred was preceded in death by his father and mother and his sister Irene Martinez, and is survived by his wife of 41 years, Vera Garcia. His sons Fred Mathew Garcia, Edward and his wife Angelina, Christopher and his wife Corina. five grandchildren, Donovan, Angelique, Izaiha, Karizma and Nadia, and one great grandchild Jacquelyn, his sister Margaret Brasuel from Rio Rancho, New Mexico and numerous nieces and nephews.
