Fred James Snyder, 73, of Evans, passed away on April 6, 2018 in Evans. Fred was born in Greeley, Colorado to Fred Snyder & Lydia (Winter) on March 27, 1945. Fred was raised in Colorado. On September 10, 1973 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Fred married the love of his life, Violet "Edna” May (Parker) Snyder. Fred worked as a farmer for many years. Fred had a love for fishing and leather crafts. If he wasn’t wearing overalls he had on his suspenders. Others things he loved was his dogs and good Kraut Burgers. During his life, he and Edna raised and loved their sons; Karl and William Snyder. Fred is survived by his wife Edna, sons; Karl and William Snyder; and a large loving extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Margie, Harvey, Delores, and Shirley.
