Freddie was friendly inspirational and caring. His work as a Phlebotomy Supervisor at Shriners Burns Institute (Cincinnati, OH) and Good Samaritan (Eugene, OR) were opportunities to express compassion to many.

Freddie was a particularly nice gentleman, open and jovial with all. He was an inspiration in the Eugene Astronomical Society. We were able to go with him to star gazing events, the Rose garden, & to enjoy the Eugene Celebration. We are all truly sorry at his passing. Rest in Peace. Fred ~ Alan & Fran Gillespie
