Gail Harriet Glass, 72, of Las Vegas, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Gail was born July 8, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Ralph and the late Esther Land. Gail worked as a representative in the Traffic Violations Bureau of the Staten Island NY Department of Motor Vehicles. She enjoyed playing computer games and slots. An extremely friendly person, Gail would help anyone she met. She enjoyed all of her friends in her many activities including Bet Knesset Bamidbar, the Sun City Jewish Friendship Club and the Sun City New York Club. Gail loved cruising with her husband, Howard, and together they sailed over 35 times. Gail is survived by her husband of 54 years Howard Glass; sons Brian Glass and Eric (Jian Qin) Glass; and sister Anita (Steven) Fisher. A memorial service and Celebration of Life will take place at 11:00 on Sunday, February 17,, 2019 at the Desert Vista Community Center, 10360 Sun City Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89134. Contributions in Gail's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or a nonprofit which works in the area of dog rescue. .
