Gail was such a wonderful, supportive person. I am grateful she was part of my life. She and Steve hosted many visits of Eileen’s NY friends over the years. She was always so welcoming and warm. I will cherish the memories of cooking dinners together and sunny days watching Mets games from the hot tub in Florida surrounded by assorted furry friends scampering around us. My sympathies to Gail’s family and friends.

Marni and family, I am so sorry that you have lost your Mom. I’ll always remember her as a vibrant Mom who was kind. She will be missed. May her memory bring you peace in this difficult time.

While Gail was a talented teacher, she was unable to teach me Mahjong or to bake Rugelach. It wasn’t her fault! Gail was an extraordinarily generous sharer: her family, her friends, her meals, her home, and her opportunities for concerts and plays. Welcome was her middle name. I will miss you dear friend. ❤️ Jeri
