Garaldine "Jerry" Inez Robnett
June 20th, 1927 - August 23rd, 2024
Geraldine (Jerry) Inez Robnett passed away on August 23, 2024 in Caldwell, Idaho. She was born in Lockridge, Oklahoma to Henry Pickard and Jimmie Steele Pickard on June 20,1927. She passed away peacefully in the home of her granddaughter, Maranda Ortega, who had been her loving caregiver. Jerry was the 9th of 12 children. She survived her mother, father, a granddaughter, two sons, a daughter-in-law, all of her siblings and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She married Charley Leslie Robnett on January 19, 1944 and they lived in Oklahoma until they moved to California in 1945, bringing Charley's son from a previous marriage, Leslie Robnett, with them. Charley worked as a mechanic while Jerry was a homemaker. She was very proud of the fact that in the 1950's she earned her Barbers license and cut hair to supplement the family income. In 1974 the whole family made an earnest decision to give their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ and Jerry served Him faithful the rest of her life. She moved to Idaho after Charley passed away in 1996 to be near her two sons. She loved camping and fishing. She made a fishing trip to Alaska for her 90th birthday where she pulled up the biggest Halibut of the day! She is known for her and her Oklahoma style of cooking and German Chocolate Cake.
They had three sons, Charles Allen 1945-2022, Raymond Eugene, born in 1950 and who resides in McCall, Idaho and Michael Dwayne 1954-1971. Jerry is survived by her one son Raymond, his wife of 56 years, Margaret, daughter-in-law Cindy Jean Robnett, who resides in Arizona, 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She will be buried in Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Bloomington, California, beside her husband of 53 years and many other family members. A celebration of her life will be held at the Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Boise, 4950 W. Bradley St., Garden City, Idaho, on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 3:30 PM.

Accent Funeral Home
A local landmark in Meridian, Accent Funeral Home has been serving the community since 1986. The business was first established with a vision to offer services in a comfortable, homelike atmosphere. This vision is reflected in our building, a Tudor-style home built in 1938 for a local postman. When remodeling the house to accommodate the funeral home, much care was taken to preserve the original architectural integrity of the building. The Accent Funeral Home holds a special relationship with the Meridian community and is sensitive to the area’s changing needs, providing service and friendship to comfort those we serve....
