Garret Jay Hendrickson
January 25th, 1963 - January 18th, 2023
Hendrickson, Garret J. Age 59, passed away on January 18, 2023. Preceded in death by parents, Robert “Bob” & Mary; brother, Glenn; and nephew, Joshua. Survived by brothers, George, Gregg, & Paul (Lynette); nieces & nephews, Travis, Carol (Chad), Clarissa (Justin), Cole, Lindsay, Tara, & Tyler. Garret was a 1981 graduate of No. St. Paul; a US Army Veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division; and a 33+ year MNDOT employee. A special thanks for all his co-workers and friends within MNDOT that supported him through the years, and also to the UofM staff for their continuous care and compassion during his courageous battle. Funeral Service at 12PM on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Sandberg Funeral Home (2593 E. 7th Av., No. St. Paul) with a visitation starting at 10AM. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the MN Wild Foundation.
