Gary Lee Blair

Gary Lee Blair, age 76, sadly passed away on March 13, 2023 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A true native Gary was born in Denver, Colorado on December 19, 1946 to Lloyd Blair and Mona Hill Blair. Gary bravely and proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968, after his honorable discharge he went on to become a proud and successful stone and brick mason before his retirement. He is preceded in death by both of his parents Lloyd Blair and Mona Blair. Those left behind to honor and cherish Gary's memory are wife April Blair, loving children Starla Barnes, Sam Blair, Stacy Belchamber, six grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and fur babies Woody and Chili. Gary was a devoted Christian who believed that his body was his temple and that is should be treated as such, which made him very health conscientious. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing whenever he had the chance to make it outdoors. He was a family man and adored his children, grandchildren and fur babies and will forever be remembered for being a trusted father, friend and companion. A committal service with military honors will be held at Pikes Peak National Cemetery on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 10:00AM. Gary will be sorely missed by all those who knew him.
