Aspen Mortuaries - Lakewood
Gary Lee Hendricks
December 15th, 1956 - June 5th, 2016
Gary L. Hendricks, 59, of Commerce City passed away peacefully on June 5, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Donna Hendricks, daughters, Jennifer (Luis) Delgado and Kimberlee Hendricks. His beloved Grandchildren Calvin, Chloe and Alex, his parents, George Hendricks of Independence, MO and Pam Hockett of Farmington, NM. Two sisters, Terri (Mike) Pettyjohn of Farmington, NM, Pam Green of Kansas City, MO and one brother, David Hendricks of Osceola, MO. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Friends. Gary took great pride in his work and was involved in several projects throughout the Denver area; restoration of historical homes, Coors Field and the Colorado Convention Center were just a few of the projects he was involved in. He was meticulous and prideful in the work he did. Gary loved the outdoors, classic cars and motorcycles. Camping, fishing and hunting were his passion. He loved getting away to the mountains any chance he could and would camp in the furthest spot he could find. We jokingly said †œGary goes where no man†™s ever been.† He loved his Family and knew the importance of spending time with them. He made a special effort to unite them all whenever possible. His loving personality and acceptance of everyone was a special and unique trait that lives on through his daughters. We have so many wonderful memories to hold on to. He will be greatly missed.
