Gary Steven McGee
Gary Steven McGee passed away on January 15, 2014, at age 61. He was born on March 5, 1952 in Tacoma, Washington to Jesse Crossley and Alice Mae McGee. Growing up, Gary met many friends in the 60s and 70s through the work he did in his family’s service stations; most memorable was the McGee & Son Richfield. He graduated from North Thurston High School in Olympia, Washington in 1970, and served in the U.S. Air Force. Gary had a passion for life but he was most proud of his sons and sharing time and experiences with them. He loved the Seahawks and Mariners. Gary is survived by his mother, Alice; his two sons, Matthew and William; Matthew’s fiancée, Tasha; his loving companion, Kathy Westby, and her children, Shane, Justin, Jennifer and Travis. He is also survived by his niece, Laura Quitugua, her husband, Larry, and their sons, Devonn and Kelvin; niece, Jennifer Barnes, her husband, Brooke, and their daughter, Kristlyn. He loved them very much and cherished the time he spent with them. Also, he is survived by his former wife, Gayle. His father, Jesse, and brother, Doug McGee, predeceased him.
