Gary Snyder

Gary Wayne Snyder, 60, of Largo, FL, passed away on March 14, 2023. He was born on January 30th,1963 in Redford, MI and raised in Livonia, MI. He graduated from Stevenson High School. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Stuart Walter Snyder and Barbara June Snyder. He is survived by his wife Debby Snyder; daughter Alyssa Snyder; future son-in-law Zach McClow; sisters Marsha Snyder and husband Michael Swartz; Gayle Ambrose and husband Jim Ambrose; Tina Volonino and husband Sandy Volonino; Jill Snyder, brother Stuart Snyder; nieces Jenni Renshaw and husband Adam Renshaw; Angela Maurin and husband Mark Maurin; nephews Jason Leach and wife Carrie Leach; Stuart Snyder and wife Erin Snyder; Jeremy Snyder. Gary moved to Largo, FL in 1984 and worked in the lawn service business. He started his roofing company; “Snyder Roofing” in 2000. He enjoyed working on cars, especially his GTO and trucks. He loved boating and fishing with his friends. Gary loved all animals, especially his pets. He was a big fan of hockey, his favorite teams were the Tampa Bay Lightning and Detroit Red Wings. His favorite football teams were the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Florida State Seminoles. His family and friends will remember how big of a heart he had, always made us laugh and help anyone in need, his big gulp cup filled with diet coke and how he enjoyed going shopping with his daughter when she was growing up to buy toys. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date
