Gayle Wright

Mrs. Gayle Turner Wright, age 53 of Lakeland passed away Tuesday, March 10,2009 in Lakeland due to heart failure. Gayle was born March 10, 1956 in Auburndale to Edward and Wynell Turner. She was a lifelong Polk Co. resident and top sales producer in the fragrance fashion industry for the past 20 years. A 1974 graduate of Auburndale High School, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling, design and gardening. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Robert Wright of Lakeland, daughter Tiffany (Vince) Johnson Gonzalaz and grandchildren, Noah and Daniel, of Lakeland, her sister, Kathy Turner Jones (Roger) of Lakeland, brothers Rodney (Elisa) Turner of Bartow, Vince (Kristy) Turner of Lakeland, Thurston (Chrisan) Turner of Red Level, Al. and her stepmother, Linda Hall of Red Level, Al. Funeral services will take place Saturday at 11 A.M. at the Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale. Visitation will begin at 10 A.M. A loving mother, devoted grandmother and beloved wife, her untimely passing is met with the great sorrow of a tragic loss but the joy of knowing she is comforted in the arms of the Lord.
