Gaynell C. Floyd, 73, wife of Eddie Floyd, of St. Stephen, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 in the comfort of their home surrounded by her husband, children, and grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services Summerville. Mrs. Floyd was born February 19, 1945 in Florence, SC, to LeRoy and Lillian Creel. Surviving are her husband, Eddie A. Floyd of St. Stephen SC. Her children and their spouses Eddie and Gail Floyd of Macedonia, SC, Lisa and Chris Wiggins of St. Stephen, SC, Scott Floyd of St. Stephen, Shane and Misty Floyd of St. Stephen. Her grandchildren and their spouses, Lisa (Nicky) and Chris Nelson of Macedonia, Charoltte and Mikey Smith (and soon to be great grandson Micah) of Varnvillie, SC, Christopher Wiggins Jr (Cj) of St. Stephen SC, Justin Dennis of St. Stephen, SC, Megan Floyd of Macedonia, SC, Skylar Dean of North Charleston, SC, Dalton Floyd of Varnville, SC, Kayla Floyd of Macedonia, SC, Katie Wiggins of St. Stephen, SC, Morgan Floyd of Macedonia, SC, and Brian Floyd of Macedonia, SC. One brother Laurin Creel of Macedonia, SC. Arrangements are being handled by Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services Summerville. A memorial service will be held at our chapel on 5/17/18 from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. 281 Treeland Drive, Ladson, SC 29456
