Obituary George Gipson, 93, of Frankfort, died Monday, July 16, 2012. He was born in Key Hole, KY on May 18, 1919 to the late Lonzo and Lucy Gipson. He was a retired employee of the City of Frankfort and served with the US Army during WWII. He is survived by three daughters, Joeann Rasnake, of Virginia, Carolyn Stavely, of Tennessee, and Julia Riddle, of Frankfort; four sons, Donald (Nettie) Gipson and Ray Gipson, both of Tennessee, David (Debbie) Gipson and Gary Lee Gipson, both of Frankfort; 35 Grandchildren; 45 Great Grandchildren; and 5 Great Great Grandchildren. Funeral Information Funeral service will be 1:30pm Friday, July 20, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd., with Rev. Aaron Snelling officiating. Casketbearers are Mr. Gipson's grandsons. Visitation will be 11:30am Friday until the time of service.
