George "Craig" Craig Hildebrand
August 5th, 1944 - January 18th, 2018
George Craig Hildebrand, 73, of Boise, ID died on January 18, 2018. Craig was born in Chicago, IL on August 5, 1944 to Rosemary and George Hildebrand. He attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH where he graduated with his MBA in 1970. In 1974, he moved to Salinas, CA where he worked in business management. During the mid-1980’s, Craig moved to Boise where he worked as a project manager for Hawken’s company until he retired in 2005. He will always be remembered for his love of cooking and his adventures in the great Idaho outdoors. Craig was passionate about the March Madness Basketball events and he was a devout fan of University of Michigan football. He was a dedicated member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He is survived by his by his brothers Geoffrey and John Hildebrand and his sister Betsy. He had a host of nephews and nieces who loved him very much and he will be deeply missed. The family wishes to thank Craig’s Boise friends who have been so supportive in assisting with our endeavors to make sense of our loss.
