August 20th, 1930 - October 5th, 2018
George Samuel Lusby, 88. Born August 20, 1930 in Muncie, Indiana, he went to be with his lord and savior on October 5, 2018. He leaves behind his loving wife of 42 years Jackie Lusby; son Donald Lusby; daughters Joan Fultz, Jane Jefferson (Robert), Jill Woodham; and 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sons-in-law Michael Woodham I and Terry Fultz Sr. His family was his life. He loved every minute with them. He will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Elwood Park Baptist Church Building Fund where he was a proud deacon. Services will be Saturday, October 13th at Verna Bethany Baptist Church: viewing 10:00-10:30, service and graveside burial after viewing, and lunch to follow.
