Georgia was born to Vealton G. Teal and Edith Scarberry Chandler in Burley, Idaho on December 19th, 1956. She lived there for all her early years and attended schools in the Burley and Heyburn area. Georgia had two beautiful kids, Brandi Obera Johnston and Vealton Kirby Hayes. In 1980, when she was 23 years old, she moved her family to Middleton, Idaho and lived in the Nampa area. She worked many different jobs but most of her years were at Kit RV as a supervisor. In 1995 she met her husband, Terry Alvy Grau. They were officially married in 2003, but were married in their hearts in 1995. With their marriage, she was able to be a loving stepmother to her two wonderful stepsons, Billy Jay Grau and Terry James Grau. Georgia and Terry moved to Carlin, Nevada in 1995 where they shared many adventures and started the greatest adventure, their life together. They moved back to Middleton, Idaho in 2001 and have lived there for the remainder of their lives. Georgia’s hobbies included cooking large holiday meals for her family, motorbike riding with her husband, spending time with her grandkids, canning and being able to travel with Terry for his job. Georgia also enjoyed talking with her sister, Sherry Teal-Thompson, and being able to talk to her two best friends, Brenda Fernandez and Janice Atherton. Georgia loved being outdoors and was always up for camping or fishing. Georgia was preceded in death by her father, Vealton G. Teal, her mother Edith Scarberry Chandler, her three brothers Frank Joe Teal, David Roy Rutledge, Dennie Ray Rutledge and her sister Vannic “Renee” Teal-Erickson.
