Gerald ""Jerry"" Wallace Jackson

Gerald "Jerry” Wallace Jackson, 81, of Loveland went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, August 24, 2015 at Grace Pointe in Greeley. He was born on August 3, 1934 in Gill, CO to Oliver Grady and Anna Marie (Jensen) Jackson. Jerry graduated from Gill High School. He married Barbara Baker in 1969 and she passed away on February 6, 2011. He then married Kathryn LaRae Dale on December 29, 2013. He owned and operated ice cream shops in Denver before beginning a 40 plus year sales career with Kirby Vacuum. Jerry loved the outdoors, trains, fishing, poker and time at the family cabin. He was a member of the Loveland Elks Lodge and Crossroads Church, Loveland. Survivors include he wife, LaRae Jackson; children; Randy (Alice) Proctor, Johnny (Doreen) Bennett, Pamela (Scott) Moody, Chrystal Michele (Sergio) Ontiveros, Sherri Graf, Eddie (Gayle) Bennett, Renee (Blaine) Williamson, Linda (Jacob) Anderson, Matthew Jackson Tudor and Randy (MeLissa) Jackson, sister; Loraine A. Jackson Lowe, and brother; Wayne (Kathy) Jackson as well as 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara; brothers, Bill, Neil, Robert and Ken and a sister, Shirley. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, August 30 at Adamson Chapel. Service 10 a.m. Monday at Adamson Chapel. Interment Linn Grove Cemetery. Reception to follow in the Adamson Reception Center.
