Passed away at his home in Falls Church, VA on August 27, 2011. He was born in Hornell, NY. He lived in Falls Church since 1974. He is survived by sons, James (Debbie) of Herndon, VA, Gary (Liz) of Catonsville, MD and William (Cathi) of Burke, VA; sister Betty Butler of Hornell, NY; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery in Hornell, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be sent to Knox Presbyterian Church, 7416 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, VA 22042. Services will be at Knox Presbyterian Church on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 10 a.m.
