Gerald Wallace 72 of Tucson, born to Richard and Violet Wallace, Peoria, Illinois on July 8th, 1943. He passed away on April 1,2016 in Tucson, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Pat Wallace. Children, Jerry Jr and Michelle (Wallace) Bennett. five grandchildren, Daniel Martin, Stephanie and David Wallace, and Cody and Rusty Bennett. One great grandson Jayden. He is survived by one brother Russ (Denna) Wallace. He was preceded in death by two brothers Raymond and Roger. Jerry served in the U.S.Navy from April of 1963 to January of 1967. He moved to Tucson in 1970 and started Alarm Specialties which he sold in 1985. In 1983 Jerry started drag racing then in 1990 decided this sport was too expensive and started restoring and building classic cars. He restored two mustangs and a 1956 Ford F100 "Tweety". which was taken to many, many car shows, where he touched a lot of peoples lives with his wisdom and generosity. In celebration of his life he would want you to bring your classic car to the Graveside Service with US Navy Honors, Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Marana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 15950 N Luckett Road Marana, Arizona 85653.
