Geraldine Joan Wolk

Geraldine Joan Wolk, 86, of Franktown, Colorado, passed away peacefully with family at her side on October 16, 2022. Geraldine was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 2, 1936. She attended Saint Rita's High School, graduating in 1954. She met Theodore E. Wolk and married in Chicago in 1957. They had one son, Theodore A. Wolk Geraldine enjoyed being a homemaker and kept very busy with a variety of activities; including being a Master Gardener, skiing, travel, spending time outdoors, participating in bible study, and was a member of the Respect Life-Our Lady of the Visitation Committee. She also enjoyed quality time with family and good friends. Geraldine is survived by her son, Theodore A. Wolk of Franktown, CO, brothers, Tom Carney of Juneau, AK, and Dan Carney of Seward, AK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore E. Wolk, Carol Pape and Richard Pape. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Our Lady of the Visitation Catholic Church, 34201 County Road 33, Kiowa, CO. A Reception will be held at the Church following the Mass. Final Resting Place will be in Chicago, Illinois.
