Gladys Jamieson Neal

Neal, Dr. Gladys Jamieson, 77, of Feather Sound, died Sunday, October 8, 2006. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she came here in 1990 from Denver, Colorado. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the White House Conference on Aging and was appointed by Gov. Lamm to the Colorado Commission on Aging. She received her bachelor?s degree from the University of Colorado, her master?s at the University of Northern Colorado and her doctorate from the University of Denver. She was a member of the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Peters. She was a Gerontologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Denver. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, The Rev. Canon Millard F. Neal, daughter, D?Andre B. Neal, Silver Springs, MD, son, Randall B. Neal, Temple Hills, MD, one granddaughter and two great-grandsons.
