Glee Shupe

Glee Shupe, 33, of Greeley, CO passed away January 22, 2012 at North Colorado Medical Center. She was born November 6, 1978 in Greeley to Donald and Karen Shupe. Everyone was expecting a boy. Surprise it’s a girl! With only a boy’s name chosen, what now? Dad pacing the waiting room, under pressure from mom, came up with the name "Glennann Lee”. Upon arrival at home big Sis Con pronounced that she should be called, "Glee”. This set the tone for her whole life. Glee stole the hearts of everyone she ever met with just one smile. With the gift to love and encourage, she impacted the lives of many. Glee’s wish for everyone would be to live life to the fullest and love without limits. Glee is survived by her parents, Don and Karen Shupe of Greeley; sisters, Dawn Huff (Don) of Greeley, Robyn Schutte (Brett) of Ft. Collins, CO, Randee Harris (David) of Greeley, Connie Rose (Ryan) of Greeley and Suzi Larson (Steve) of Greeley; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley and Cody Kendrick, Steven and Shawn Winters, Chris Johnson, Donnie, Cameron and Brandon Schultz, Mike and Nadia Schutte, Ian Mix, Jade and David Harris, Hayden and Cooper Rose, Devin and Dustin Brown, and Courtney and Trint Larson. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Services will include a visitation from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Adamson Chapel; and Celebration of Life service 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Aims Corporate Education Center, 5590 W. 11th Street in Greeley.
