Huish, Glen Lorenzo (83) passed away June 17, 2013. He was born on November 13, 1929 in Douglas, AZ to the late Leo N. and Buelah Haynie Huish. Glen is survived by his wife of 62 years Barbara Padgett Huish, 6 of their 7 children: Carol Rawson (Richard), Andrea Creson, Eric Huish (Diana), Triana Semanek (Jon), LeAnn Basha (Edward), and Mark Huish (Rhonda); 28 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and 5 siblings: Pearl Stott, L. Rae Huish, Marianna Francis, Pauline Larsen, and Jared Huish. Glen was proceeded in death by his daughter Janet Forrester. Siblings Thelma, Grant, and Patrick Huish. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was blessed to serve in many callings. He was a public school educator and administrator for the Chandler Unified School District. After retiring, Glen served as a member of the Chandler School Board. Glen enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was known for his wood working and amazing gardens. Visitation is Thursday, June 27, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W. Juniper Ave.,Gilbert, AZ, 85233. Funeral services are Friday, June 28, 2013 at 10:00 am, preceded by a visitation from 9:00-9:45 am at the LDS Stake Center, 1115 E. Ray Rd., Chandler, AZ, 85225.
