Glen L. Rowland
October 22nd, 1934 - August 8th, 2021
Glen L. Rowland passed away peacefully on Sunday August 8, 2021. He was born on October 22, 1934 in Casper Wyoming to Roy and Ruby(Dickson) Rowland. At his request no services will be held. Cremation is under the direction of Flahiff funeral home. The fourth of six children, the family moved from Wyoming to Oregon finally settling in Homedale Idaho where he attended school. He lived most of his life in Caldwell Idaho where he worked for Kit Manufacturing for over 30 years. Glen loved watching all sports especially baseball, the Elks where he was a member for many years, traveling and anytime spent with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Ruby Dickson, brothers Frank Dickson and Danny Rowland, sisters Evelyn “Bunny”Combs, Joean Wheeler,and Weneda Landa and brother in-law Jack Wheeler. Glen is survived by brothers-in-law Julian Landa and John Combs, sister-in-law Violet(Rowland) Fries. Children Kim, Craig, Kelly and Cory Rowland and spouses. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to thank Horizon Hospice, especially Cassie, Rick and Joyce for all your dedication and care for our Uncle Glen.
