Obituary Glenna C. Fraley, 70, widow of Edward Arnold Cooley and Marvin C. Fraley, died Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born April 28, 1939 in Hindman, Kentucky, to the late John and Mary Noble Hale, and was a retired accountant for Island Creek Coal Company. Glenna is survived by two sons, John David Cooley and Edward Lyn (Stephanie) Cooley, both from Lexington, Kentucky; three step-sons, William A. (Edmonia) Cooley, Cincinnati, Ohio; William (Colleen) Fraley, Tullahoma, Tennessee; James Fraley, Nashville, Tennessee; step-daughter, Karyl Fraley, Austin, Texas; her sister, Rainey (Galen) Peckinpaugh, Lake Wales, Florida; her brother, Guy C. (Gloria) Hale, Jacksonville, Florida; sister-in-law, Gerry Hale, St. Albans, Vermont; three grandchildren, Christopher John Cooley, Sarah Elizabeth Cooley and Ryan Edward Cooley, all of Lexington, Kentucky; and two step-granddaughters, Heather Fraley, Las Vegas, Nevada; Stefanie Fraley, Austin, Texas. Funeral Information A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 1:30-3:00 pm, Friday, April 2, 2010 at Clark Legacy Center in Nicholasville, Kentucky, followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Ed LeMaster.
