Gracie H. Solis ( Candy) Was born Jan. 27, 1944 Died on Jan. 18, 2022 Born in Torrington WY to Lloyd and Loraine Henry Grace is survived by sisters: Kay Woodmark, Dorthy Johnson and preceded in death by Sisters Janet Wolf, Gloria Coons, Robert Henry, Raymond Henry Gracie was married to her husband Jose M Solis of 60 years. They had 4 daughters: MaryAnn (Solis) Ortega- Villarreal, Janet (Solis) Weathers, Joann Solis-Mendoza, Preceded in death by Julie (Solis) Cooper, and Adopted Daughter Paula Drew Benitez Gracie had 16 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild Gracie also has several Godchildren who she loved as her own. Gracie's Many close friends and family who knew her as "Candy". Grace and Jose were farmers for 30 years and went on to become Real estate agents and later retired. Jose and Gracie's house was always filled with family and friends and her daughter's friends, She loved people unconditionally and her door was always open. Often having a house full during the summer for those who were helping on the farm. She was always helping others and Many called her Mom Grace was a Girls softball coach for Keizer little league in the early 70"s. Was the local Taxi for kids in Keizer on the weekends. Taking as many kids who could fit in her car to go Skating, Often paying for those who couldn't afford to go. Grace had a generous heart. Gracie was a Christain who Loved Prazing the Lord and brought many to know him. She was one who would lay hands on people who needed prayer or healing. Made many close relationships with those who shared her faith. She loved attending Peoples Church. Her hobbies included being a seamstress, making her own clothing and clothing for her 4 girls, and special occasion dresses for friends and family. Gracie loved Trips to the beach and traveling, Music and dancing with her husband, and spending time with her children, godchildren, and Grand Children Gracie is now dancing in the sky with Jesus awaiting all her loved ones who will be joining her in the future. Gracies Celebration of life will be held on March 4, 2022, at 1:00pm at Peoples Church 4500 Lancaster Dr. NE Salem, OR 97305 doors will open at 12 pm
