Graham Keith Shepherd

It is with great sadness and regret to announce that Graham Keith Shepherd, 50, passed away suddenly at home in Tacoma, Washington, USA on December 6, 2019. Graham was born on April 10, 1969 in York, Ontario, Canada. Graham grew up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where he developed his life-long love of rugby, fishing, and hunting. As an adult, Graham lived a life full of adventure. He travelled and lived in many places including South America, British Virgin Islands, Grand Cayman Islands, Leeward Islands, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Washington. Graham did most of his traveling sailing solo. No matter where Graham was, he had a way with people - he made friends easily and made them feel like family. He loved to joke around and make people laugh, he generally loved being a “brat”. Graham is survived by his wife, Kim, and her two children and grand-daughter, Morgan (Louise), Dakota and Nova, respectively; whom he loved as his own, and was proud to call them his family. He is also survived by his siblings, Alison (Ed), Susan, and Ian, and his nieces and nephews, Jenn, Emily, Ian, Claire, Neil, Mackenzie and Haley. Graham was predeceased by his parents, James and Audrey, and his beloved dog Chip. A Celebration of Life ceremony will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the charity or church of your choice.
