Gregory Raymond Hall
September 22nd, 1953 - July 14th, 2024
Gregory Raymond Hall, 70, went to be with the Lord surrounded by family on Sunday July 14, 2024 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Greg lived on Vashon Island where he attended Vashon High School and competed on the wrestling team. He owned & operated Carpet Savers Wholesale – Retail carpet store & cleaning on Vashon Island. Greg loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren, friends and dogs. He loved talking and making everyone laugh. He enjoyed travelling, camping, boating, fishing and going to casinos.
Greg is survived by his sisters, Janice (Bob) Larsen and Gayle (David) West, daughter Shelly Westlin (Kris Kassik) and grandchildren Kaleb Kassik and Cassidy Kassik as well as nieces Kelsie Hall & Marissa Hall and grandnieces/nephew Lillian White, Lincoln White & Keldan Ausbun. Greg was pre-deceased by his father Raymond C. Hall, mother Betty M. Johnson and brother Brian T. Hall.
The family would like to thank Dr. Nehal Masood, Oncologist & Hematologist and Yasako Steffenson, RN BSN OCN, Nurse Navigator from Multicare as well as Surgeons Dr. Pillarisetty and Dr. Lovemore from U of W Hospital for their excellent care during Greg’s courageous battle to live.
There will be a private family service.
