February 13th, 1908 - January 24th, 2001
Moore, Jr., Grover C. ?Bud?, 92, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday January 24, 2001 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. Born in Slidell, Louisiana, he came here in 1921. He was a retired plastering contractor. He was a member of Park Street Baptist Church, a lifetime member of Clearwater Lodge #127, F&AM, a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Clearwater Lodge, and a former Deacon and Sunday School Teacher at Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater. He was an avid sportsman, fisherman and hunter. Survivors include 3 daughters, Patricia Lee Moore Kranzlein of Marietta, Georgia, Judith Moore Plaut of Phoenix, Maryland and Janet Moore Hunter of Lakeland, Florida, a son, Bruce E. Moore of Inverness, Florida, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Tribute Center?Ninth Street Chapel, St. Petersburg.
