Guy West

Guy Trent West, age 63, entered into eternal rest at his home in Columbia, SC, on Tuesday, February 13,2018. Born on January 11, 1955 in Charleston, SC, he was a lifelong lover of music and found no greater passion than bringing people joy through the gift of song by singing and playing piano. Guy is survived by his life partner, Brian Cunningham, his mother, Joyce West, His brother, Frank “Speed” West (JoAnn), and his three sisters, Linda West-Wise (Jimmy), Tammy Tharp (Steve), and Lisa Gruber ( Richie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Guy was preceded in death by his father, Sheriff Franklin Eugene West.
