Lexington, Kentucky Gwen Marie Colvin Martinez, 49, died Friday, July 25, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lexington, KY. She was born October 29, 1964 in Lebanon, Kentucky to Justus Colvin, Jr. and the late Betty Schalck and Stanley L. Schalck. She is survived by her daughters, Ashley Marie (Omar Escobar) Bugg and Autumn Martinez; son, Zachary (Heather) Bugg; sister, Justina (Edward) Bockey; brothers, Richard Colvin and Owen Colvin; grandchildren, Alejandra "Ale" Escobar, Alexia Escobar, Rachel Carter, Troy Bugg, Steven Bugg and Daniel Bugg; step-father, Stanley L. Schalck. Preceded in death by her brother, Jay Colvin. Funeral Information A gathering of family and friends will be held 2-5 pm, Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.
