Valley Memorial Funeral Home
Hailee Mae Rios
August 18th, 2008 - July 4th, 2014
HAILEE MAE FRANK – RIOS was born August 18th, 2008 in Portland, Oregon to Juan Rios and Brooke Frank – Rios. From that first day, Hailee was loved and we quickly learned that we would all receive a blessing knowing this little girl. She never knew she was different from any other kid. Despite being diagnosed with Chotzen-Saethre syndrome, she was strong and a fighter against all her illnesses. On May 17, 2009, she was diagnosed with Leukemia which she battled into remission, with her last treatment in 2011. Hailee had a love for learning and she proudly completed Kindergarten at Jackson School Elementary in spring of 2014. Shortly after, she returned to Heaven on July 4, 2014 at 4:50 pm. Hailee enjoyed riding her bike and going to the park. She often played a waitress and asked “Can I take Your Order?” Most remember Hailee for her TuTus, tiaras and high heels around the house. Countless hours she spent helping Grandma Debbie with shopping. She loved to play with the family dog, Maddie and James her cat. Hailee’s favorite movie is Disney’s “Frozen” which she loved to watch and recited to her mom. In Oct 2013, Make a Wish foundation granted Hailee’s Wish of visiting Disneyland and meeting all of her favorite Princesses. Hailee’s dream was to be a Nurse and help others. She often comforted family by saying “It’s OK” and brighten everyone’s day around her. Following the Service, Family and Friends are invited to gather at :Griffin Oaks Park, 1800 NE Griffin Oaks St. Hillsboro, OR Service Information
