Harold O. Beckett

May 3rd, 1936 - March 13th, 2022

Obituary Harold O. Beckett of Longmont Colorado passed away from natural causes on March 13, 2022, he was 85 years old. Harold was born in Ohio and found his home in Longmont Colorado around 1986. He is survived by his wife Luba of 23 years, his children Lynn, Carol, Helen, Katie, and Ksenia as well as grand children and great grand children. Harold is also survived by his older brother William, his younger sister Libby and his younger brother John �Pete�. Harold was an Air Force Veteran serving in the late 1950�s then going on to be a United Airlines Captain from the early 1960�s through his retirement in the early 1990�s. Harold finished his Airline career with United Airlines based in Denver. An avid private pilot, Harold enjoyed formation flying in his YAK 52 and with his buddies in the Colorado Yak Pak. Harold was also a talented garage machinist, crafting scale model airplane engines that actually ran and he enjoyed showing and running his model engines for bystanders at many hobby events.
