May 31st, 1926 - January 18th, 2009
Harold ("Hal") J. Hillman, 82 years old, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday, January 18, 2009. Exceptional athletic prowess in swimming, tennis and golf. Prosperous entrepreneur and marketer. Relocated to Florida from Glen Cove, NY. Previously resided in Belleair Beach and was a member of the Belleair Beach Country Club. In retirement years was well known for running successful golf tournaments and art auctions for not-for-profit organizations. Will forever be missed by his wife of 62 years, Irma, his children Leta and David Medina and Beth and Barry Hines, and his grandchildren Jason and Nesreen Medina, Daniel and Aja Medina, Charles Medina, Bryan Schwetizer, Maddi and Peter Sullivan, Jonathan Schweitzer. Funeral services will be 1:30PM Tuesday, January 20th at David C. Gross Funeral Home in St. Petersburg. Burial will follow in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, Clearwater.
